Description
Cyris CX8 is a compact 2-way passive loudspeaker delivering exceptional power and 100° x 100° coverage in a discreet, elegant cabinet.
CX8 houses a powerful 8” coaxial transducer featuring an aluminium demodulation ring for low distortion and enhanced intelligibility and employs a lightweight neodymium ring magnet for excellent thermal efficiency.
CX8 can be teamed with other Cyris series products to create plug ‘n play solutions for short throw applications. Its wide dispersion makes CX8 ideal for hospitality spaces requiring even coverage with a small number of speakers. CX8 can be partnered with A-series rack amplifiers or powered direct from active C210Sa and 115Sa / 115SGa subwoofers.
A pole mount attachment allows fast deployment in portable setups while M6 inserts and an optional bracket enable wall / ceiling mounting.
Cyris CX8’s distinctive curved enclosure is hand-built in Belgium from birch plywood and premium components before being encased in a tough, UV and weather-resistant coating.
